YUCAIPA – A 20-year-old man has been positively identified as the suspect in burglaries of four pharmacies in the City of Yucaipa on July 3rd and 4th. Authorities said that various medications were stolen during the burglaries that occurred within hours of each other.
During the investigation detectives also learned that the suspect, Alejandro Daniel Franco Gutierrez was also responsible for several other burglaries in Mammoth Lakes, California. Detectives are seeking the whereabouts of Gutierrez, who has an active felony warrant for his arrest relating to these crimes. Authorities believe that he may be in the Mammoth Lakes or Ventura areas where he has family.
