GRAND TERRACE – On Thursday, August 4, 2016, at around 12:20 a.m. a deputy from the Central Station stopped a vehicle that was found to have suspended registration. The vehicle, driven by 39-year-old Colton resident, Michael Hoffman pulled over in the area of Barton Road and Mt.Vernon Avenue in the City of Grand Terrace.
The deputy believed that Hoffman may have been under the influence of marijuana and during a pat down search the deputy located metal knuckles in his pocket. Hoffman was arrested and booked into the Central Jail.
