FONTANA, Ca. – An 82-year-old man who suffers from dementia is missing and authorities need the public’s help to locate him.
Clarence Fomby was last seen at Kaiser Hospital in the City of Fontana on Friday, August 30, 2019, at around 12:30 a.m. Clarence is 5’9” tall, 220 pounds, and has white hair and a gray beard. Clarence walks with a limp due to a medical condition, Fontana Police said. He was last seen wearing plaid shorts and slippers.
He is not familiar with the area surrounding Kaiser Hospital. If located, please contact Fontana Police Department at (909) 350-7700.
