CHINO – More than 8-years following the fatal stabbing death of 20-year-old, Eduardo Cervantes, the suspect is behind bars. David Hermosillo, now 27-years-old, was captured in Mexico by U.S. Marshalls in February 2016. He was extradited to Los Angeles International Airport where he was arrested by the Chino Police Department on Wednesday, August 17, 2016.
The stabbing occurred at a house party in the 11800 block of Monte Vista Avenue in the City of Chino on March 15, 2008. Cervantes was rushed to the hospital where he died as a result of the stabbing. Hermosillo fled to Mexico where he has lived since the 2008 stabbing, officials said. Hermosillo was arraigned on Thursday, August 18, 2016. He is
