HIGHLAND – Highland deputies responded to Arroyo Verde Elementary School located at 7701 Church Street for the report of a male subject walking around the school area with his shorts down. Parents made contact with the man, who was reportedly agitated and restrained him until deputies arrived.
Deputies made contact with him determining that he was mentally disabled with the mental capacity of a child. According to authorities, the male subject never posted any danger to the children and was released to his family.
