HESPERIA, Calif. – Detectives are investigating the shooting death of a 21-year-old Hesperia man who was killed inside his home early Thursday morning.
At around 4:52 a.m. dispatchers received numerous 911 calls regarding a shooting on Dragon Tree Drive in the City of Hesperia. When deputies from the Hesperia Station arrived at the home, they located Eugene Hart suffering from a gunshot wound. Hart was pronounced deceased at the scene. Homicide Detectives responded to the scene to assume the investigation. Through investigation, detectives learned that the suspect entered the victim’s home and shot Hart. The motive for the shooting is under investigation.
