INDIO, Calif. – An Indio man was arrested for lewd acts upon a child which was committed the City of La Quinta.
The report was made earlier this month and Marco Antonio Cardenas, 50, was arrested as a result of the investigation. It was learned that the molestation of the child took place in 2002 and 2003. Cardenas was booked at the John Benoit Detention Center on several felony charges related to sexual assault on a child.
