YUCAIPA – A 21-year-old Yucaipa man was arrested after being suspected of a theft a Yucaipa restaurant Monday afternoon. The theft was reported at the Subway Restaurant located at 31387 Outer Highway 10 just after 3:40 p.m. Based on the suspect description provided by witnesses deputies located the suspect, Aaron Cole a short distance away.

Cole was handcuffed to be transported back to the restaurant. The deputy noticed Cole attempting to remove the handcuffs and tried to reposition them.
