FONTANA – A 29-year-old man was arrested when a domestic incident turned into an attempted kidnapping Tuesday morning. At around 2:50 a.m. the suspect, Luis Boiso went to his ex-girlfriend’s home.
At the home, Boiso confronted his ex-girlfriend’s brother and with a firearm, demanded him to get into his (Boiso’s) vehicle and take him to his ex-girlfriend’s place of employment. Her brother was able to flee on foot and call the police. Fontana Police Sergeant Kevin Goltara said that Boiso was located in the parking lot of his ex-girlfriend’s job in the 17200 block of Slover Avenue in the City of Fontana. Boiso was found to be in possession of an altered serial number firearm.
He was arrested and booked into the West Valley Detention Center for kidnapping, assault with a firearm, criminal threats, alter firearm serial number/Id mark, and carrying a loaded firearm. Boiso appeared in court on Friday and denied all charges against him. He is scheduled to appear in court on October 28, 2016, for a pre-preliminary hearing.
