Moreno Valley Police Need Help to Identify Porch Package Theft Suspect

MORENO VALLEY – The influx of online orders in recent years has led to the increase in the theft from home porches. These criminals often times follow UPS, United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx and other deliver truck drivers seeking out items left on the porches of homes. These thieves are often referred to as “porch pirates” and until caught, usually continue to steal random packages with unknown contents.

The Moreno Valley Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a man who has been stealing property from the porches of homes recently. Surveillance cameras captured images of the suspect and authorities are seeking leads regarding the identification and/or whereabouts of the pictured individual.

Anyone with information should call Officer Gordon at 951-486-6700. The caller can remain anonymous.
