Authorities said that Cristabel Peralta and her children have been located in Rancho Cucamonga. All are in good physical condition.
RANCHO CUCAMONGA – A woman fled with her two children during a Children and Family Services supervised visit on Saturday morning authorities said.
Cristabel Peralta, 24, was at the Children and Family Services office located at 9518 9th Street in the CIty of Rancho Cucamonga. Peralta took the children to the restroom and did not return.
When personnel from Children and Family Services realized that Peralta and her two children, 6-year-old Rodrigo Peralta and 8-year-old Abril Millian-Peralta were no longer in the office, they called deputies to report the incident. Witnesses told authorities that Peralta does not own a vehicle and was last seen running westbound on 9th Street with the two children.
Authorities believe that the three may be using public transportation. Cristabel Peralta is 5’04’ tall and 102 pounds, she was last seen wearing a white or gray sweater, long white shorts, white sandals, and carrying a brown backpack. Abril was last seen wearing a white long sleeved sweater, Pink leggings, White tennis shoes, and carrying a blue purse. Rodrigo was last seen wearing a dark blue hoodie, dark colored jeans, and dark colored sneakers with white edges.
Sheriff’s Specialized Investigators responded and have assumed the investigation. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Cristabel Peralta or her children is urged to call 911 or their local law enforcement agency.
