Ontario Police Seeking Information About Shooting That Killed 18-year-old Man

ONTARIO, Calif. – Ontario Police are seeking any witnesses to a shooting that killed and 18-year-old Ontario man near Rosewood Court and Del Norte Avenue.

On Wednesday, March 27, 2019, police were called to the report of a shooting at around 12:17 a.m. When they arrived they found the young adult male lying on the sidewalk suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was treated at the scene by Ontario Fire Department personnel and subsequently, transported to a local hospital. The victim died as a result of his injuries.

Witnesses said that the unknown vehicle was seen leaving the area. The motive for the shooting is undetermined at this time. The identity of victim will not be released at this time. Police are asking anyone with information to contact Detective Sadeghian at 909-408-1827 or 909-986-6711.
