PHELAN, Calif. – The 54-year-old Phelan man who was allegedly stabbed to death by his girlfriend has been identified.
Yvonne Cassady, 56, of Phelan, was placed under arrest for the murder of Michael Martin who was pronounced deceased at a home in the 11500 block of Eaby Road in Phelan on Wednesday, January 30, 2019, at around 7:22 p.m. It was determined that Martin died as a result of a stab wound.
Cassady was booked at the West Valley Detention Center for the Murder of Michael Martin. Authorities have been unable to locate the next of kin for Martin.
