PHELAN, Calif. – A Phelan man attempting to sell a stolen cargo trailer was arrested on Wednesday, authorities said.
After receiving an anonymous tip, the Victor Valley Station learned that Justin Antwan Jackson, 28, was allegedly attempting to sell a stolen cargo trailer on the internet. On Wednesday, May 1, 2019, at around 7:00 a.m., deputies Victor Valley Station went to the home of Jackson located at 4831 Dos Palmas in Phelan. When they arrived they immediately seen the stolen cargo trailer sitting in the yard, officials said.
Deputies made contact with Jackson who was arrested without incident. He was booked at the High Desert Detention Center and was released on bail several hours later. He is scheduled to appear at the Victorville Superior Court on Tuesday, June 18, 2019, at 8:00 a.m.
