BAKERSFIELD, Ca. – Authorities in Bakersfield are asking for the community’s help to identify a suspect who kidnapped and molested an elementary school girl.
On Monday, September 16, 2019, at around 2:40 p.m., the suspect approached the small child in the 2700 block of Hollyhock Lane. The elementary school girl was walking home from school, when the suspect grabbed her and sexually assaulted her. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, 40’s, 5’6” tall, 200 lbs, with a lazy/droopy right eye, beard, wearing a black hat, a dirty white long sleeve shirt, pajama style pants, and a key lanyard around his neck with a single key
