RANCHO CUCAMONGA – A 25-year-old man was arrested after allegedly holding his girlfriend captive in her apartment home in the 1000 block of Arrow Route, Sheriff’s officials said. On Tuesday friends of the victim notified authorities that she was not acting like her normal self while at work. They requested that deputies did a well-check at her home.
