SAN BERNARDINO – A 28-year-old San Bernardino man was arrested on Saturday night for possession of PCP and a handgun, officials said. At around 10:00 p.m. a deputy from the Central Station stopped the vehicle driven by Jimoh Aliu on Waterman and Central Avenues for a vehicle code violation.
Aliu appeared to be under the influence so the deputy conducted a field sobriety test. According to authorities, Aliu became combative and resisted arrest. The deputy gained control taking Aliu into custody. During a vehicle search the deputy located PCP, and a loaded .22 Beretta handgun. Aliu was found to be under the influence of PCP, and was booked into the Central Detention Center.
