HIGHLAND – Caltrans officials said that the SR-330 to the eastbound SR-210 connector in Highland will be closed this weekend. The closure will remain from 6:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 13, 2016, officials said.
The closure is being done in order to allow Caltrans workers to prepare for the fog seal project, which will be a moving project that should be completed by the end of September. Fog sealing extends the life of the roadway by adding asphalt to the surface of the aged surface.
According to Caltrans District 8 officials, the slow lane may be closed to traffic during the project to stage equipment and to ensure a safe work zone for crews.
Drivers are asked to go westbound on SR-201, exit Highland Avenue and return onto the eastbound SR-210.
