VICTORVILLE – Expecting to bring over 24,000 jobs to the High Desert in the near future, the plans for Global Access in the City of Victorville is one step closer to reality.  

The construction of a 447,740 square foot industrial facility located at the Southern California Logistics Centre.  The original announcement regarding the industrial facility came in April 2016, with the projected completion a the time being fall 2016, meaning the completion came just as expected.

The brand new building is leased to Arden Companies, who manufacturers outdoor furniture and decor and Newell Brands, a leading global consumer goods company.The redevelopment of the former George Air Force Base is expected to soon be the largest fully-integrated commercial development in the region officials said. “This strengthens the local manufacturing job base and will help us attract more well-paying jobs to the Victor Valley,” said Lovingood.
