SAN BERNARDINO – A 27-year-old Victorville man who was just arrested last month for both domestic violence and solicitation of prostitution was put back behind bars on Sunday. At around 3:18 p.m. Central Station deputies responded to the report of an unwanted subject at the Glen Helen Regional Park who was causing problems to employees and customers.
The deputy arrived and attempted to make contact with Kadell Agee, who acted in an aggressive manner by taking a “fighting stance”. The deputy attempted to grab Agee’s arm to gain control and Agee hit the deputy’s arm and fled on foot, the Monday afternoon release said. The deputy chased Agee ordering him to stop but Agee refused and stopped, again taking the fighting stance, officials said.
The deputy eventually gained control and took him into custody, Agee was booked into the West Valley Detention Center and is being held in lieu of $60,000 bail. According to court records, Agee was arrested on July 1, 2016, for battery on a spouse and again arrested on July 6, 2016, for solicitation of prostitution.
He is scheduled to appear in court for an arraignment hearing at the San Bernardino Superior Court on Tuesday afternoon.
