VICTORVILLE, Ca. – A 24-year-old Victorville man, who was released on Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) was arrested for raping his male roommate, authorities said.
On Friday, January 8, 2021, at around 6:24 a.m. Victor Valley Station deputies responded to a home located in the 13400 block of Petaluma Road for the report of a rape. The victim told deputies that the suspect, Isiah Butler, who is approximately 6’2’ tall and 300 pounds, entered his room and raped him at knifepoint. The victim, who is disabled, was unable to fight back to prevent the rape. He suffered from a small cut on his throat. He was taken to the hospital for treatment of his injuries.
Isiah Butler, who was out on Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) was arrested for Sexual Penetration by Force, Rape by Force or Fear, Oral Copulation (using force or causing injury, Causing Harm to a Disabled or Elderly Adult, Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Criminal Threats, and Violation of PRCS. He is scheduled to appear at the Victorville Superior Court on Friday, January 15, 2021.
