PHELAN, Ca. – Authorities are asking for the public’s help to find the owner of a stolen Red Predator Engines 212CC Wood Chipper.
On Tuesday, September 3, 2019, at around 8:30 p.m. deputies went to the 76 Gas Station located at 4125 Phelan Road to arrest Tiffany Leanne Peairs, 25, of San Bernardino, for the possession of stolen property. She was found in possession of multiple stolen items, Sheriff’s officials said. The Red Predator Engines 212CC Wood Chipper was also located and deputies are attempting to identify the owner.
Peairs has a criminal history which includes a conviction for 2nd-Degree Burglary in October 2018, which she was still on probation until 2021. She was sentenced to 90 days in a work release program, with credit for 13 days served and ½ of the remaining time was required. She was also arrested for forgery in May 2016, and was convicted. She was sentenced to 18 days in jail, but received credit for 9 days of time served. She was required to serve ½ of the remaining 9 days.
