CHINO HILLS, Calif. – Four Orange County and one High Desert residents were arrested in the City of Chino Hills for the sales of methamphetamine.
On Sunday, June 3, 2019, deputies from the Chino Hills Police Department responded to a report of suspicious activity at a hotel in the 15000 block of Pomona Rincon Road. When they arrived they made contact with April Cabrera, 30, of Apple Valley, Brandon Ruiz, 45, of Fountain Valley, Jeremy Pardue, 44, of Fountain Valley, and Jose Diaz, 45, of Westminster inside a hotel room. Diaz was out on Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) for drug sales and he also had an active felony warrant for his arrest. Items used for drug sales were located inside the room.
The investigation led to a search warrant at an adjacent hotel room. Noushig Charshafjian, 42, of Costa Mesa, was contacted inside the room where deputies located stolen checks and credit cards. Cabrera, Pardue, and Diaz were arrested and booked into the West Valley Detention Center on several charges including probation violations, sales of methamphetamine, and a weapons violation.
