CHINO HILLS, Ca. – A Chino Hills man was arrested for the possession of child pornography after authorities received a cyber tup from the Electronic Service Provider (ESP).
The tip contained various child pornography images, that were determined to be from an account belonging to Shuquan Yang, 56. Chino Hills. Detectives responded to the home of Yang located in the 15600 block of Canon Lane, on Tuesday, December 3, 2019, at around 8:00 a.m. Detectives conducted an interview, following the interview Yang was arrested for possession of child pornography.
He was booked into the West Valley Detention Center. He is being held in lieu of $500,000 bail.
