
Yucaipa – Authorities need help locating an armed suspect who demanded prescription drugs from the Yucaipa CVS on Sunday. At around 1:06 p.m. deputies responded to the store in the 33400 block of Yucaipa Boulevard. When they arrived they learned that a black man, who was around 30-years-old went to the pharmaceutical counter, said he was armed and demanded prescription drugs.
After receiving the medication, the suspect fled on foot south along the west side of the business. The sheriff’s helicopter responded to search for the suspect, but was unable to locate him. The male suspect was described as being around 6’ tall, and 180 pounds. He was wearing a hooded black and white athletic jacket, black shorts, white socks, and sandals.
