Chris Harris Jr., 24, of Barstow, was arrested after he, and Nathaniel Mansfield Jr., 33, of Apple Valley, followed a woman from Walmart in Barstow to a shopping center in the 1200 block of East Main Street to rob her.  Through investigation, it was learned that Harris and Mansfield were at the Walmart and witnessed the victim cashing her check. On Friday, September 24, 2018, Harris went to the tow yard in the 2200 block of West Main Street attempting to get property that was inside his vehicle. Officers were informed that Harris was at the tow yard and responded to arrest him.
