Victorville Man Arrested After Using Dating Apps To Sexually Assault and Rob Victims

NORCO – A 30-year-old man was arrested following the sexual assault of two adult and one juvenile females at a Norco store last week. On Tuesday, September 12, 2017, at around 3:52 p.m.. deputies from the Norco station responded to the business located in the 1200 block of Hamner Avenue in the City of Norco. When they arrived they learned of the sexual assaults, which all occurred inside the store as the victims were shopping. The suspect was gone by the time deputies arrived.

The suspect was captured on store surveillance and on Saturday, September 16, 2017, at around 3:57 p.m. he returned to the store. The suspect was inside the store several minutes and deputies were called. Through investigation the suspect, later identified as Miguel Muro of Eastvale was identified as the suspect. On September 17, 2017, deputies made contact with the suspect at his Eastvale home and was booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center for multiple counts of sexual battery.
