Highland Mother Arrested After Toddler Was Found to Have Methamphetamine in Her System

HIGHLAND, Calif. – A 75-year-old Highland man was arrested for the sexual assault of a minor girl.

On Thursday, April 5, 2019, at around 6:14 p.m., deputies responded to the 25000 block of Vine Street reference a sexual assault report. When deputies arrived they found several family members involved in a verbal altercation. The investigation identified Luis Cedeno, as the suspect involved. At the end of the investigation, Cedeno was arrested for penetration with a foreign object

He was booked into the West Valley Detention Center with bail set at $100,000. He is scheduled to be arraigned in San Bernardino Superior Court on April 8, 2019. Authorities believe that there may be other victims.
