A post on the Facebook group, High Desert Foodies created excitement for many in the Victor Valley. Some excitedly said that their New Year resolution would be destroyed if the Original Tommy’s Hamburgers came to the City of Victorville. Just the thought of one of Southern California’s favorite restaurants coming to the small but growing City of Victorville immediately created a stir among those on the social media group.
A reporter from 24/7 Headline News reached out to Robert Castaneda, the Chief Operations Officer of the Original Tommy’s Hamburger to fact-check the post. Despite the excitement, Castaneda put the rumor to rest early Friday morning. “Thanks for asking but we don’t have any current plans to build in Victorville,” said Castaneda.
It looks like those in Victorville will have to continue visiting the Original Tommy’s Hamburger in Barstow, Montclair, City of Industry or one of other Southern California locations!
