VICTORVILLE – A 25-year-old homeless man was arrested after throwing a rock at a Dunia Plaza Dollar Tree employees face.
On Monday, September 10, 2018, at around 10:00 p.m., Victorville Sheriff’s Station Spokeswoman Mara Rodriguez told a 24/7 Headline News reporter that Jovaughn Wildman attempted to steal merchandise from the store. The employee saw and followed Wildman out of the store. Wildman threw a rock, striking the employee in the face and leaving the merchandise behind. Wildman fled the location, but deputies were able to locate him in an adjoining parking lot.
He was arrested for Battery was booked at the High Desert Detention Center. He is being held in lieu of $25,000 bail.
