PHELAN, Ca. – A Phelan man was arrested for the molestation of a seven year old boy, authorities said.
On Monday, October 21, 2019, Riverside County Sheriff’s Department received information that Johnny Angel Rabe, 23, was allegedly molesting a small boy. The crimes were allegedly committed in Phelan. In addition it was learned that Rabe possessed child pornography. The crimes were extensively investigated and evidence was collected to substantiate the allegations against Rabe.
Rabe was arrested at his home in the 7000 block of Hollister Road in Phelan and booked at the Central Detention Center for Possession of Child Pornography, Manufacturing of Child Pornography and Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. He is being held in lieu of $250000 bail. He is scheduled to appear at the San Bernardino Superior Court on Wednesday afternoon.
