PHELAN-A Woman stabs her boyfriend with a butterfly knife after a heated argument.
On Saturday, April 22, 2017, on the 12800 block of Wilson Ranch Road at around 11:41 p.m., Sheriff deputies responded to a report that a male victim had been stabbed. The suspect identified as Samantha Hagan a 29-year-old female from Hesperia was in a relationship with the male victim. The two were in a vehicle coming from a bonfire, an argument issued, and Hagan pulled out a butterfly knife and stabbed the male victim.
The victim got out of the vehicle walked to a nearby residence to ask for help. Hagan drove away from the scene and when she returned Sheriff deputies arrested her, transported, and booked her into the High Desert Detention center. She has since been released from custody. The male victim was transported to Arrowhead Regional Hospital for the treatment of his injuries that were non-life threatening.
