Police Need Help to ID Man Who Took Upskirt Photos at Target

RIVERSIDE – The Riverside Police Department is asking for the public’s help to identify a man who took photos under the skirts of women in January. The incident was reported on Tuesday, January 17, 2017, at the Target, located at 2755 Canyon Springs Parkway. Witnesses said that the man walked up to the female victim and her small child and pretended to shop.

When the woman’s attention was elsewhere, the suspect took multiple photos up her skirt. He then fled the store. He was described as a white man with blonde hair who is approximately 6’3” tall and 250 pounds.
