LOMA LINDA – A 27-year-old Redlands man was arrested for the possession of a dirk/dagger and methamphetamine on Saturday, officials said. At around 11:10 a.m. a Central Station deputy conducted a traffic stop near Mountain and Sun Avenues in the City of Loma Linda.
The deputy made contact with the driver, Andrew Haigh and noticed a handle, of what looked to be a knife under his leg. Haigh was removed from the vehicle and detained while the deputy further investigated. The object under his leg was learned to be a dirk/dagger and also located was methamphetamine.
Haigh was arrested for the possession of the Methamphetamine and the Dirk/Dagger and booked into the Central Detention Center.
