WRIGHTWOOD – Deputies from the Victor Valley station received a 911 call reporting that there was a shooting at a home in the 1000 block of Apple Avenue in Wrightwood on Wednesday night.
The report was made just before 9:45 p.m. Dispatchers were given a suspect vehicle description of a white Volvo, but no suspect description was given. The vehicle was located on Highway 2 and a felony stop was conducted. Five male juveniles were found in the vehicle, along with an airsoft rifle.
Authorities determined that there was no confirmed crime committed and that the report was made as a result of a dispute between juveniles. All parent of the juveniles were contacted and no one wished to press charges.
