HIGHLAND – Deputies are asking for the public’s help in locating an 18-year-old man responsible for beating then dragging a female victim from his vehicle while driving on Monday evening.
At around 5:00 p.m. deputies received the report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle in the 6900 block of Rogers Lane. Upon arrival, they located the female victim who was struck in the face several times and subsequently dragged from a blue Mitsubishi Lancer by the suspect, Rodolfo Arias.
Deputies have still not been able to make contact with Arias. Anyone who knows where Arias is or have any information pertinent to the case is asked to call the Highland Police Department at (909)425-9793.
