TWENTYNINE PALMS – A Twentynine Palms woman was arrested for a fire set inside of the Break N Run Billiards on Sunday night. At around 11:45 p.m. deputies responded to the suspicious fire inside the business located at 72143 Twentynine Palms Highway in Twentynine Palms.
The fire was extinguished before causing any damage to the business authorities said. Evidence led to the confirmation that the fire was a result of arson. Contact was made with Amie Sword, 24, and she subsequently booked into the Morongo Basin Jail for arson. She is being held in lieu of $250,000 bail.
