Yucca Valley Man Dies As a Result of Motorcycle Crash

YUCCA VALLEY – A 50-year-old Yucca Valley man lost his life in a motorcycle accident on Saturday night. The collision occurred at around 8:15 p.m. in the 58100 block of Twentynine Palms Highway in Yucca Valley.

Authorities said that the motorcycle was riding east on Twentynine Palms Highway when it collided with a SUV that was turning left from westbound lanes into the AMPM parking lot. When emergency medical personnel arrived at the scene, the rider was confirmed to be deceased. The Major Accident Investigation Team (MAIT) is investigating the accident and the victim will be identified by the Coroner.
