Officers returned to the home as Porter attempted to drive away from the home. He was detained and positively identified by the victim. Porter ran from the officers, but was located during an area check in the 900 block of Carson Street. When the officer contacted Porter, he attempted to flee again but after a brief struggle, he was taken into custody.
