ONTARIO, Ca. – A 34-year-old man was arrested for the molestation of multiple female victims, ages 11 to 16-years old.
On January 15, 2019, police were made aware of sex with a 16-year-old minor which led to a pregnancy and the birth of a child, now 7-years-old. The victim, who is now 23-years-old, became pregnant after Brandon Yaag, who was 25-years-old at the time after he allegedy provided her with alcohol prior to raping her. Yaag also, according to the victim, molested her when Yaag was living at her family’s home when she was only 11-years-old.
Through investigation, the Detective who investigated the case learned that Yaag was accused of molesting two other children when they were 11 and 12-years-old. The two victims, now adults, confirmed that they were molested by Yaag when they were 11 and 12-years-old in 2004. The detective went to Yaag’s place of employment. Timberland Distribution Center, located at 3950 E. Airport Drive in the City of Ontario on Wednesday, December 18, 2019. Yaag was interviewed and subsequently placed under arrest for Lewd and Lascivious Acts with a Child, Unlawful Intercource with a Minor, and Rape of an Intoxicated victim. He is being held in lieu of $350,000 bail and is scheduled to appear at the Victorville Superior Court on Friday, December 20, 2019.
