ONTARIO, Ca. – An Ontario man was arrested for downloading and distributing child pornography.
A search warrant was served on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, in the 1300 block of E. Elma Court in the City of Ontario. During the search warrant, multiple electronic devices were seized. Evidence was collected supporting the allegations against 29-year-old David Tapia.
At the conclusion of the search, Tapia was arrested for the Possession and Distribution of Child Pornography. He was booked into the West Valley Detention Center for for possession of Obscene images in a minor in a sex act including sadism and the distribution of child pornography. He is being held in lieu of $75000 and is scheduled to appear in court on Friday, March 5, 2021.
